This website does not guarantee that you will find the correct attorney or law firm or that the attorney or law firm is willing to enter into a legal services contract or retainer agreement with you. THIS WEBSITE OFFERS NO GUARANTEE OF LEGAL SERVICES. THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT ESTABLISH NOR CREATE ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.

You need to be mindful that in most legal cases, time is of essence. LAWPR.AI will never be responsible to YOU if you are not able to find a legal services provider/attorney that is willing to contract with YOU. Only volunteer attorneys and law firms are listed. Other legal service providers may be available outside of LAWPR.AI.

LAWPR.AI will NOT be responsible to YOU for any damages that you may suffer as a result of your hiring or failing to hire a legal services professional/attorney that you found via LAWPR.AI.

Before you select and hire a legal services professional, CONDUCT DUE DILIGENCE: Compare legal services and legal service providers, interview, inquire as to his knowledge, experience, availability, time constraint, conflicts of interest and willingness to assist. YOU means YOU as a consumer or client or YOU as an attorney and/or legal services provider.

“CONTENT” AND/OR “MATERIAL”: Means all the services, offerings, products, and information provided on this website, including but not limited to all the page headers, images, graphics, text, logos, button icons, design, layout, software and source code, digital downloads, sound, video files, and data; and all information published in LAWPR.AI, either provided by YOU or provided by third parties and/or obtained from LAWPR.AI.

YOU agree, accept and acknowledge that upon termination of your contractual relationship with LAWPR.AI, you shall not and may not display, disparage, dilute, or taint any LAWPR.AI trademark, or use any confusingly similar marks or names, or use our marks in a way that misrepresents who the proper owner is.

YOU agree, accept and acknowledge that you may not remove, correct, delete or amend any trademark, copyright, or other proprietary notice. You may not copy, eliminate, improve, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Site or from this site.

LAWPR.AI is always improving its service and updating its technologies. Any questions, comments, or suggestions for improvements regarding the website that you email, post, or otherwise transmit to LAWPR.AI will become the property of LAWPR.AI and its parent company. You hereby relinquish and assign to LAWPR.AI the worldwide royalty-free right and title to run, use, re-use, implement, copy, display, works made for hire, and create derivative works from those Communications for any purpose, including any ideas, concepts, know-how, unique ideas, or techniques contained in your Communications.

LAWPR.AI Accounts and Passwords

Depending on the service contracted, and in particular, if you are an attorney, legal professional, or law firm user of LAWPR.AI, you may be assigned an account and password. This allows you to post and update information to disseminate to others via our website and the use of our technology. The LAWPR.AI account assigned to YOU is a unique identifier used to identify and allow you to gain access to the system to upload certain images from time to time and other information pertinent to the website. You should periodically verify your LAWPR.AI listing to ensure that the information provided by you remains accurate and relevant. LAWPR.AI reserves the right to implement second identifier requirements based on the information provided by the person or entity that created the account. YOU will be required to provide your email address, contact information, RUA and other information to create a password to establish your account and to access or use certain information or services available through this website.

Security of Your Login Information and Password

YOU are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password and for any and all activities that occur under your LAWPR.AI account. YOU agree to notify LAWPR.AI of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security involving your account. Your LAWPR.AI Information Is Your Business

ACCURATE, TIMELY and CURRENT INFORMATION. It is your obligation to verify periodically the information YOU have provided to ensure accuracy, that the same is still timely, relevant, current, and/or that the information is no longer relevant. YOU agree to maintain the information that you publish accurate, timely and current. YOU agree that your non-compliance with providing accurate information may lead or cause the suspension or closing of your account with LAWPR.AI. YOU must verify your published information periodically in order to ensure your compliance with the terms and conditions of LAWPR.AI. You are also responsible to ensure that any fees that YOU have agreed to pay and the payment method stay current. If your payment is not made in time, your directory service may be interrupted until full payment is received. YOU agree that under no circumstances will LAWPR.AI be responsible to YOU for interruptions of services caused by lack of payment.

DO NOT SHARE OR ALLOW OTHERS TO USE YOUR ACCOUNT. LAWPR.AI reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, cancel registrations, invalidate, and report violations of any terms and conditions, to include reporting violations to any pertinent Federal or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico agency.

We promote YOU, your publicity, your website and your business address and phone number if provided. We allow YOU to select the Municipalities that you want to promote based on your contracted service. You need to verify every contact and decide if you are willing and able to provide legal services when contacted. You need to verify all information from any prospective client. LAWPR.AI does not screen clients nor leads that you may receive. Clients may find you in LAWPR.AI and contact you directly or via the contact form of LAWPR.AI. Consumers and businesses seeking the services of Puerto Rico legal professionals use our services to find legal representation. YOU decide the level of service you want to contract with LAWPR.AI. Changes to Your Account and Content

Most changes to your account and/or updates may be made by YOU. If you need technical assistance, we can also assist. Minor changes do not require you to pay additional costs. Major changes may be subject to additional charges from LAWPR.AI. If any such charges will be incurred by YOU, we will seek your approval before implementing the same.

LAWPR.AI monitors information published and the accuracy and timeliness of the same. However, YOU agree, acknowledge and accept that LAWPR.AI will not be liable for any false, misleading or inaccurate information published, provided, obtained by or used by YOU.

Verify All Information Prior to Contracting

Regardless of the source of information, the client, or the source of the client, YOU must and should verify all information prior to contracting. LAWPR.AI is not responsible for any damages that you suffer related to client contacts, regardless of the method used by the client to contact YOU. YOU decide if you will contract or not and are bound to the Code of Ethics as promulgated by the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

False, Inaccurate or Misleading Information

YOU agree that under no circumstances will LAWPR.AI be responsible to YOU or to any third party for any false or misleading information, fraud, inaccuracy, etc. that causes damages, inconveniences, money losses, lost business opportunities, loss of property use, referrals, etc. Verify all information prior to contracting with a client.

Closing Your Account Information

We provide a service to you on a month-to-month basis. All LAWPR.AI accounts are monitored for changes to account profile information. In the event that LAWPR.AI believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that, contrary to the account user agreement, an account is being used by multiple users, LAWPR.AI reserves the right to terminate the account and all additional accounts without any notice and without refund of any usage fees. We also retain the right to seek injunctive and legal relief, breach of contract, copyright and trademark infringement, and other available legal claims. If you request to close your LAWPR.AI account, we will proceed to close your account but may retain your account information in our database.

Delisting Your Attorney or Law Firm Listing

If you no longer want your information to be published in our directory, please write to us at Admin@lawpr.ai. Please allow us a reasonable amount of time to react.

Conflict Resolution

YOU acknowledge, agree and accept that the present conflict resolution clause is valid and enforceable and dictates the way to solve conflict between YOU and LAWPR.AI. In case of conflict or dispute, YOU agree to the following:

MEDIATION: If a bona fide conflict arises between YOU and LAWPR.AI, the parties in good faith agree to attempt to resolve their differences between them and to keep the agreed terms confidential. If no agreement can be reached, the parties agree to submit to a mediation process via the center for mediation located in the Court of First Instance, San Juan Part, and to keep the terms agreed to confidential.

NO RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL: YOU acknowledge, accept and agree that if mediation is not successful, you may only bring actions against LAWPR.AI in the Court of First Instance, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL.

VENUE AND JURISDICTION: YOU recognize, agree and accept, and you submit yourself and any and all claims, if mediation is not successful, for adjudication and determination before the Court of First Instance of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, San Juan Part, or in the alternative, the Court of First Instance of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico with jurisdiction.

LAWPR.AI reserves the right to investigate and to involve, report to, and cooperate with law enforcement, governmental, FBI, DACO, Banking, Insurance, CIC or other authorities concerning such conduct, and to pursue either a criminal prosecution or a civil lawsuit, for any alleged or actual illegal, fraudulent, or other unauthorized activities involving this website, or any of the services provided herein, with or without notice. If a court assumes jurisdiction of any complaint against LAWPR.AI, we reserve the right to bring third party actions against YOU, if it is YOU that, in our opinion, has created the controversy subject to adjudication. Any report, investigation, or request to investigate made to law enforcement, governmental, or other authorities may be made without notice to you.

Waiver

YOU agree, acknowledge and accept that LAWPR.AI’s lack of insistence on strict compliance of any of these Terms and Conditions will not operate as a waiver of any subsequent default or failure of performance, nor will it operate as a modification to this contract, either total or partial. No waiver by LAWPR.AI under these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be either a waiver of any right or provision. LAWPR.AI retains the right to act, how and when to act, to preserve its rights.

Jurisdiction, Choice of Law and Choice of Forum

Regardless of the place of your domicile, residency, incorporation, etc., YOU agree, acknowledge and accept that any claim, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms or your use of this website or Content shall be governed by and construed and submitted for adjudication in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. The terms and conditions included are to be complied with.

VENUE WILL ALWAYS BE PUERTO RICO. You further agree that in all instances the State Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico will be the venue for the resolution of all conflicts. YOU agree, acknowledge and accept that, for value received and proper consideration, any claim, action, or proceeding related to your contractual relationship with LAWPR.AI and/or YOU using the website will be resolved exclusively as per the stipulated CONFLICT RESOLUTION clause included in the terms and conditions and in effect at the time of the loss, conflict and/or claim.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason by a proper legal authority, then that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most clearly matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect. The rest of the terms and conditions will survive and remain enforceable.

English Version of the Agreement

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The English language version of the terms and conditions of LAWPR.AI predominates in case of inaccuracies or wrong translations between English and other language versions of the terms and conditions.
